CertiSur presentó el Informe 2026 sobre Confianza Digital en Argentina

On July 14, CertiSur presented the main results of the 2026 Report on Digital Security Perception in Argentina, during the webinar "Digital Trust in Argentina: data, trends and opportunities".

The event was moderated by Néstor Markowicz, CEO of CertiSur, and featured a presentation by Nora D'Alessio, Vice President of D'Alessio IROL, who shared the main findings of a study that analyzes the evolution of habits, concerns and expectations of Argentine users regarding digital security and technological transformation.

Digital trust: a strategic challenge for organizations

The webinar addressed the evolution of digital trust in Argentina and the challenge faced by organizations to build safe and reliable relationships with their customers and users.

The report results show that the perception of digital security is closely linked to the experience that people have when interacting with companies, platforms and digital services. In this context, the ability of organizations to prevent incidents, protect information and respond effectively becomes a strategic factor to strengthen trust.

Digital fraud and user protection

Digital fraud and new forms of cybercrime were other central topics of the meeting. The growth of online operations and the multiplication of digital channels create new opportunities, but also expand the exposure surface for users and organizations.

Fraud prevention requires a comprehensive approach that combines technology, continuous monitoring, identity protection and mechanisms that allow detecting and anticipating threats. For companies, this implies advancing from a strategy based exclusively on incident response to models of prevention and proactive digital risk management.

Artificial intelligence: opportunities and new challenges

Artificial intelligence (AI) is occupying an increasingly relevant place in everyday life and in the digital transformation processes of organizations. The report analyzes how users perceive this technology and what their main concerns are in relation to security, privacy, and the use of their data.

During the presentation, the need to accompany AI adoption with mechanisms that strengthen security, transparency, and trust was highlighted. The evolution of these technologies poses new challenges for organizations, which will need to find a balance between innovation, data protection, and risk management.

Data protection, identity, and trust in digital environments

The protection of personal data and digital identity were also relevant axes of the analysis. As the amount of information circulating in digital environments increases, the need for mechanisms to protect it and ensure secure interactions grows.

For organizations, building digital trust means protecting their customers' information, ensuring the authenticity of communications, and strengthening user identification and validation processes.

Digital trust as an opportunity for businesses

One of the main messages from the meeting was that digital trust ceased to be exclusively a technological issue to become a strategic business factor.

In sectors such as banking, fintech, financial services, insurance, and other highly digitalized industries, security and trust have a direct impact on customer experience, brand reputation, and the adoption of new services.

In this scenario, organizations have the opportunity to use technology not only to reduce risks, but also to build safer, more transparent, and more reliable digital relationships.

The 2026 Report on Digital Security Perception in Argentina, prepared by CertiSur together with D'Alessio IROL, offers a perspective on the trends that are redefining the relationship between users, technology, and organizations, and provides relevant information for those leading cybersecurity, technology, innovation, digital transformation, and risk management strategies.
